Greetings, my name is Leon and I am a community manager of W33PLAY, I’m looking forward for this oppurtinity! I like playing games, being in a staff position, and I’m an experienced staff member. I’m glad to be a community manager!!




A Community Manager is responsible for building, maintaining, and nurturing an active and positive community across platforms like Discord and online forums. They serve as a bridge between the project/team and its audience, ensuring that users stay informed, engaged, and supported.

  • Moderation & Safety:
    Enforce rules, manage roles and channels, prevent spam and toxicity.

  • Communication & Updates:
    Share announcements, patch notes, events, and internal news with clarity.

  • Gathering Feedback:
    Listen to the community and relay valuable suggestions to the dev or content team.

  • Community Engagement:
    Organize events, polls, giveaways, themed weeks, and daily prompts.

  • Onboarding & Welcome Experience:
    Help new members get started, explain roles and channels, and maintain a friendly entry process.

  • Support & FAQ Handling:
    Answer common questions, provide guidance, and link users to relevant resources.


📎 Additional Skills:

  • Experience with Discord bots (e.g., WDX, MEE6, Dyno)

  • Strong understanding of community dynamics

  • Clear, respectful communication

  • Calm under pressure; de-escalation skills

  • Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Notion, Trello, or forum CMS platforms

Hello everyone! My name is Leon, and I’m thrilled to be a part of W33Play Studios as a Community Manager. W33Play is a creative and innovative ecosystem that brings together game development, community projects, and exciting brands like W33DEX, XerraGames Hub, and W33 BuildTogether. I’m incredibly excited about this opportunity to work with such a talented team and to help our communities grow.

My Passion for Games and Community Work

I’m a passionate gamer who loves diving into virtual worlds, tackling new challenges, and connecting with fellow players. I bring this enthusiasm into my role as a Community Manager. For me, it’s not just about playing games—it’s about creating spaces where players feel comfortable, exchange ideas, and build unforgettable experiences together.

I come with extensive experience in staff roles, whether it’s moderation, event management, or communicating with community members. I understand the importance of listening to players’ concerns, resolving conflicts fairly, and keeping the vision of a project in focus. I apply these skills at W33Play to strengthen and grow our communities—whether on Discord, Minecraft servers, or other platforms.

My Role at W33Play Studios

As a Community Manager, I’m responsible for maintaining the connection between W33Play and our players and fans. I work on gathering feedback, organizing events, and ensuring that our communities remain vibrant and welcoming. Whether I’m announcing a new update for one of our games like “Die Schatten von Elarion” or “YoYo Rebellion,” or engaging on our modern Minecraft Roleplay server with its economy system and quests, I’m always here to support and inspire the community.

Why I Love Being a Community Manager

Working as a Community Manager fulfills me because I get to interact directly with people and make a positive impact. I enjoy taking on responsibility in a leadership position, finding creative solutions, and being part of something bigger. At W33Play Studios, I have the chance to contribute to unique projects ranging from fantasy universes and retro action games to innovative community platforms.
